DON'T IGNORE FORECLOSURE NOTICES!

No matter what anyone tells you, don't ignore foreclosure notices. You may have options that you will be unable to fully explore if you simply bury your head. Also, some Foreclosure / loan mitigation firms will improperly tell you to ignore the court notices. Even if the mitigator is a legitimate operation, it's always a mistake to ignore the notice comings from the bank, their attorney, and the court. At the very least inquire with the court or an attonrey how to best stay on top of developments and opportunities in your case. Don't ever assume there is no hope for you, that's not always true.
